A quick and easy breakfast, oatmeal with chia seeds, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. All of this is made in the microwave in 6 minutes only π
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3/4 cup water
- Dairy or non-dairy milk, add the amount according to the texture you like.
- Any sweetener you prefer
- Extras: chocolate chips / peanut butter to taste
Method
- First add the oats, sweetener and water and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Allow it to cool for 1 minute then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Microwave for 2 more minutes and your oatmeal will be readyπ
