Beans and Sweet Corn Salad

This is a very easy and quick-to-make salad. It goes well with almost any food and it is super healthy and high in nutritional value.

Ingredients

  • 400 gm frozen green beans
  • 100 gm canned sweet corn, drained
  • 150 gm canned white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon whute sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

1. Boil the green beans until just tender or cook them in the microwave.

2. Meanwhile, mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and chill in the fridge or freezer.

3. Mix all the ingredients together then pour the dressing over the veggies and mix well. Chill in the fridge or serve immediately.

4. Store in an air-tight container if you’ll use it later.
